Returns Policy

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us.

Products sold with the description of ‘skirting board’ are intended for use at the base of a wall, adjacent to the floor, and we do not accept any liability for any other attempted use.

We are happy to accept any product return as long as it is in its original condition and original shrink-wrap packaging and is re-saleable. Where the product is damaged we require photographic evidence within 48 hours of receiving the goods in order to be eligible for replacement goods. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the returned product. In order to return goods please contact us at sales@agnewtimber.com or telephone us on 0800 028 9202 from the UK or 047 55010 from Ireland, quoting your order number.

To return any products to us please pack the items back in the parcel, attach the invoice and send it back to: Returns Department: Agnew & Co, Redhills, Laurel Hill, County Cavan, Ireland

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
